Return Policy for Ritmica Life products

This Return Policy describes how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for Ritmica Life products purchased through jointsrinsing.world, including Morning Line Planner, Twilight Calm Kit, and Pulse Digital Companion purchases. Australian Consumer Law may provide additional remedies that are not excluded here.

Products covered

This policy applies to products bought directly from the Ritmica Life website branded as Jointsrinsing. If you purchased through an authorized retailer, that retailer’s return rules may apply first, though statutory rights may still exist against the supplier chain.

Change of mind for physical goods

Where we explicitly advertise a change-of-mind window, you may return unused physical items in original packaging within fourteen days of delivery. Items must be resalable. You are responsible for return shipping unless we provided incorrect items. Refunds process after inspection, typically within five business days of receiving the return at our New South Wales facility.

Defective or damaged items

If a planner, kit component, or accessory arrives defective or damaged in transit, contact us within seven days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We may offer replacement parts, a full replacement, or refund consistent with Australian Consumer Law. Do not discard packaging until carriers instruct, as it may be needed for claims.

Digital products and licenses

Pulse Digital Companion and similar digital goods are generally non-refundable once access credentials are delivered, except where required by law or where a technical fault prevents reasonable access and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time. If you accidentally purchase twice, contact us immediately before downloading or activating so we can reverse the duplicate charge where systems allow.

Eligibility conditions

To process returns, we require proof of purchase such as an order number or receipt email. Items must not show misuse, water damage, or unauthorized alterations. Personalized items, if offered in the future, may be non-returnable unless defective. Bundled products must be returned complete unless a partial defect is isolated and we authorize partial retention.

If the original method is unavailable, we may offer store credit toward Ritmica Life products. Shipping charges are refunded only when we shipped the wrong item or when a major failure under consumer law applies.

Exchanges

Exchanges depend on stock availability. If you need a different variant of a physical product, initiate a return and place a new order when expedited replacement is required, then seek reimbursement after approval if the first order was our error. For digital exchanges between tiers, contact support to evaluate entitlement mapping.

Warranty coordination

If a product includes a manufacturer warranty for specific components such as rechargeable elements inside a lamp accessory, follow the warranty card inside the Twilight Calm Kit for service timelines. Ritmica Life coordinates support even when third-party manufacturers are involved, but repair times may vary.

Fraud and abuse prevention

We monitor return patterns to detect abuse such as excessive serial returns or empty-box claims. Verified abuse may lead to declined returns or account closure for digital services. We apply these measures carefully to avoid impacting genuine customers.
